The final surprise of the night came when Oprah Winfrey, working with Tourism Fiji, surprised the spouses with a trip of a lifetime to the beautiful Fiji Islands and Namale, Fiji's #1 Resort & Spa. They entered the room singing in cultural attire and entertained the spouses, along with Oprah Winfrey, with a traditional spear dance. Amidst wild cheers and tears of joy, it was revealed that eight of the spouses had never had a honeymoon, and others had not been on a vacation with just their spouse in many years.
The television special "Oprah's Favorite Thing: 2012" will re-air November 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN.
