The acquisition will add another 3,500 email users to IceWEB's customer base, transitioned to IceMAIL, as well as some 300 Web hosting customers that will be converted to IceVISTA. It also enables IceWEB to offer an end-to-end solution for small businesses, and will immediately generate over $100,000 in recurring revenue per month.
IceWEB has already launched a marketing campaign for IceMAIL that includes radio and direct mail, focusing on a specific target market of small to medium-sized businesses. The company will also promote the IceMAIL Web site through Web optimization techniques.
