Registerfly's customer service is abominable. If you don't believe me, go to the Better Business Bureau (bbb.com) and search for complaints against Registerfly.com. There are, at last count, about 219 unresolved complaints. These people may offer low rates, but their service is sporadic, unreliable and flawed. Unfortunately I learned too late not to trust them. Several of my domains expired due to their negligence and incompetence in executing my renewal orders (which they were all too happy to charge me for). A simple reply email from them would have solved the problem, but they never answered. I got my money back, but that won't help me retrieve my lost domains. SAVE YOURSELVES. Avoid Registerfly.com! |
