"This is a very exciting and significant event for Wave2Wave, IntelliSpace and our customers. The combination of our companies' networks and talented personnel will provide major enhancements to the breadth and quality of services we deliver to our customers. We have already made considerable progress in integrating the two organizations and operations," said Wave2Wave President Steven Asman.
Asman added,"A vast majority of IntelliSpace's staff, including senior management, sales, operations, and finance have already joined the talented Wave2Wave team and are presently continuing to serve our customers with the highest standards of service that they have come to expect from both companies. Because of this, all of our customers will enjoy a seamless transition and will only notice the improvements that this synergy brings."
