Intermedia.NET, a provider of Microsoft Exchange and Web hosting solutions, announced the launch of its extended Channel Partner Program. The new program, available to both new and existing resellers, offers generous commissions for every account sold: 50% of the revenue for the first two full months, with no minimum volumes or fees to join.
This is important for resellers, because accounts often grow significantly from month one to two as new customers set up more features or mailboxes. With Intermedia.NET, as the account grows so do the Channel Partner’s commissions. Intermedia.NET also takes care of support, providing 24x7 assistance for all accounts resold by Channel Partners. This allows resellers to feel confident that their customers will be happy, and to focus on their core competency – selling products.
Channel Partners can track all accounts from one place, using Intermedia.NET’s HostPilot Control Panel. This Web-based interface gives resellers the ability to conveniently sign up new hosted Exchange or Web accounts, check the status of everything they have resold and view account balances. They can also check on the status of their commission – whether it is pending or awarded – or see when a customer application has failed.
"Our goal is to provide the best combination of products, services and support across a wide range of hosted solutions, to meet a range of customer needs – that’s very powerful for partners," said Michael Choupak, CEO at Intermedia.NET. "We believe our Channel Partner Program is the most generous available anywhere. We have also simplified the whole program, so all companies need to do is sign up as an Intermedia.NET Channel Partner and use their reseller ID number once they have closed a deal."
Intermedia.NET already has around 1000 resellers worldwide on its Discount and Package Reseller Programs, which are open to IT consultants, systems integrators, VARs, Web development and design firms, freelancers or any company that consults on IT products and services.
