Portrait Software Unveils Portrait Dialogue 5

New Edition Provides Ability to Initiate, Measure and Refine Inbound and Outbound Customer Dialogue in Real-Time

Formerly known as Portrait Campaign Manager, the significantly enhanced solution converts disparate campaigns and customer interactions into an engaging two-way dialogue to improve customer retention, reduce customer opt-out, and increase lifetime value.

Portrait Dialogue 5 will help marketing and CRM departments improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing campaigns by enabling engaging interactions for the customer, rather than a department or product, as well as providing actionable visibility into live campaign performance.
